Current Email Scam - Don't be scammed
Email scams are a dime a dozen. What is the most
current email scam? Like many of us, you must have
received the great "Nigerian Scam" e-mails. You know the one, with the poorly
written english describing that you are a recipient of one of a billionaire that
has died in a foreign country. You've only received it about a thousand times,
but you still find them hitting your inbox. Simply don't respond to any of
this garbage. To a scammer or spammer, any response means that, hey, their is
someone actually clicking on this email. Well, these are varieties of an
old email scam. So what is the most current email scam? We are
hearing victims are falling prey to look alike hallmark greeting cards.
Make sure that you know who sent you the greeting card!! As we say again,
make sure you know who sent you that funny greeting card. Also, make sure
that it is a reputable company's greeting card or your email might just make
their spam list!
